Return Process

    Verify Part Condition

    Ensure the part is in its original, uninstalled condition and remains in the authentic Smeg packaging with all labels intact.

    Request an RMA

    Contact our support team with your order number and model number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Place the item in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once our technicians inspect the returned part, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
